I have been going to Ms. Shay for over 14 years, I started going to her with average length hair, but wasnt healthy at all. My 1st appointment with her , I recieved a hair cut to get my hair back in tip top shape. At that time of course I rejected the hair cut , but due to past hair stylist and me perming my own hair, thats the price I had to pay. I left her with hair that flowed like never seen before, shorter than liked at time but I knew I was in good hands with Ms. Shay, and I was well on my way. All I had to do was be loyal and consistent to my newly found stylist and she would take care of the rest, I was the type to never think of wearing any weaves as well until I witness Ms. Shay's technic and how it was undetectable, I mean if I didn't tell you it wasnt mine you never would've known. I continued to rotate from my natural hair to weave, with knowing because of her love for hair and the care of it ,through all the times my hair is well maintained, I recieved same excellent conditioning each time whether im flowing my now long natural hair or sporting the indian hair which I also purchased from her. Due to the hands of Ms. Shay my hair is now very long, thick and most important healthy, did I mention natural, I have been getting my hair pressed since my first time with her and to this day im asked if I have a perm. Im so addicted to my excellent hair treatment I moved from Cali to the "A" to follow her, I was afraid of going back to where I started . I' ve tried the rest, but with Ms. Shay my hair is at ease because im confident she's the BEST!

Shayla has been my hair stylist for the past 10 years. She's been passionate about healthy hair from day one. I've tried previous stylist and no one takes the time to treat my hair the way she does. She isn't just about styling and that's what I love about her. She always uses the best products in my hair. When I leave her chair not only does my hair look fabulous but it is healthy too. I currently reside in Charlotte and still make monthly trips often to Atlanta just so Shayla can do my hair.

I have been in Atlanta for almost 10 years and had supposedly been going to the best salons in the city. I am here to tell you that they have nothing on Shayla. From my consultation, to the professional treatments that I receive every two weeks, they do not compare. When I began going to Shayla, the hair at the crown of my head was damaged and broken. And, it seemed like every 6 – 8 weeks, it would break off again. Well, I haven’t had any breakage in that area, and, in fact, it is growing well. Shayla gives thorough instructions on how to care for your hair at home, and she is always available for questions and additional consultations. And the “undetectable weave” is no exaggeration – I have two tracks, and people are amazed that it isn’t my hair. I definitely appreciate Shayla for the time that she takes and always being honest.

Ms Shayla, I just wanted to thank you for all that you do for me and my daughters. I have been a customer of yours for over 6 years now. I have to say I would not have known what to do if you did not move to Atlanta. I am one of the lucky ones, you moved to Atlanta the same time that I did and I did not have to skip a beat. I love the way you have taken care of my hair, my hair is fuller, longer and overall healthier than it has ever been. I wear the weave for convenience only. Everyone always mistakes my hair for a weave and my weave for my hair. That is a good thing when no one knows the difference and I have people who claim they are weave experts that still cannot tell when my weave is in or not. All I can say is that I love you and I love the way that you LOVE MY HAIR! Not only can I thank you for my hair, I have 2 daughters, they do not wear weaves, but the way you take care of their hair is just as amazing.
